This handsome boy is a 5-year-old boxer/terrier mix, He is considered a large dog weighing in at 68 pounds; has a beautiful tan and white coat; with a low to medium energy level. Gunner is currently fostered in a home with other dogs and enjoys their company. He would make an excellent addition to a home with another dog or two or three.
Gunner is a gentle giant, is very sweet and gets along well all the people he meets. He is a good-natured boy who thrives on the love and affection of humans. He is a crowd pleaser and will warm up to anyone that will give him loving attention. He gets along well with other dogs, people, and children. He has not had the opportunity to meet cats so it is unknown how accepting he would be in their company.
He is leash and house trained and is putting in a lot of effort to achieve his crate training. Although it is important to remember that even though he is house trained, potty accidents can occur while adjusting to a new home environment. Gunner is a great dog to take out on walks or hikes, run around the yard, walk around the neighborhood or just snuggle on the couch. He is such a loving sweetheart; he wants nothing more than to show his new family all the love and sweet memories he can create with them.
